At 42Doors, every piece is handmade with care, meaning slight variations are part of the charm. Because of this, all sales are final, and refunds will not be offered. However, I stand by my work—if you receive an item with a defect related to craftsmanship or materials, I’ll do my best to make it right.
Repairs & Assessments
If an issue arises, I offer a repair service on a case-by-case basis. Send an email with photos and a description of the problem, and I’ll assess whether a repair or replacement is possible. Please note that general wear and tear or misuse does not qualify for repair services.
